County of Alachua      To all whom these presents shall come;
                       I, John J. Sanchez Commissioner of
Alachua County send greeting, Whereas by an order of the
County Court of Alachua County duly passed and entered
On Record It is directed that the Commissioner of said
County shall make and execute and deliver to the purchaser of
lots in the Town of Newnansville DEEDS of Conveyance
for lots by them respectifully purchased AND whereas
John W. Pearson is the purchaser of Lots hereinafter specified
NOW KNOW YE, that I, John J. Sanchez Commissioner
of said County of Alachua by virtue of the authority
so as aforesaid in me vested, in consideration of the sum of
Thirty one Dollars paid by the said John W. Pearson the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
and sold, and by these presents, do grant, bargain and
sell unto the said John W. Pearson and to his heirs and
assigns forever ALL those certain Lots designated as Lots
Number One and Four of Block Number Three Range Two
upon the plan of the Town as filed and existing in the
Clerks Office of the County of Alachua~ Together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same in any wise belonging, To have and to hold
the said Lots and premises unto the said John W. Pearson
his heirs and assigns, as fully and absolutely as I the said
John J. Sanchez Commissioner aforesaid and under the authority
aforesaid might, could or ought to convey the same.
     In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this 12th day of December A.D. 1845
