Indenture and such new Trustee or Trustees shall have all
the powers and Shall hold the trust Estate subject to all the
provisions herein set forth and Expressed, and the receipt of such
new Trustee or Trustees shall be a complete acquttance to the
said party of the second part his Executors & administrators and
in like manner (other) & new Trustee may be appointed from time to
time as occasion may require.
And the said party of the second part doth hereby signify
his acceptance of the said trust and doth engage to hold and
manage said property & Estate for the uses trust & purposes herein
mentioned~
And the said party of the third part doth hereby signify
his Consent to the provisions of this Indenture and doth
Covenant to and with the said party of the second part
and his successors in the said Trust, not to interfere with
the said trust or with the property hereinbefore mentioned
otherwise than in conformity to the provisions of this Indenture
