containing Five Hundred and Eighty nine thousand six hundred and
forty five acres and five sevenths of an acre, situate, lying, and being
in the Alachua Territory in East Florida west of St. Augustine as by
reference to the grant made to Don Fernando de la Maza Arredondo
and Son of the said tract by the Spanish Government which Grant
is dated at Havanna on the twenty second day of December in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventeen will
more fully appear The said larger tract of two hundred and Eighty
nine thousand Six hundred and forty five acres and five sevenths of an
acre is to be divided into twelve parts and those parts to be ball-
otted for by the parties interested in the divisions to be made,
Together with all and singular the hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof And also all the Estate right title interest dower
and right of dower property possession, claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said parties
of the first part of in or to the above released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold all and singular the premises above described and
released premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever; And the said
Parties of the first part for themselves their Executors, heirs and
Administrators and for each and every of them do covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns by these presents that the said parties of the
first part have not made done committed executed or suffered
any act or acts, thing or things whatsoever whereby or by means
whereof the said above mentioned and released of premises or any
part or parcel thereof now or at any time hereafter shall
or may be impeached charged or incumbered in any manner or way
whatever~ In Witness whereof the said parties of the first
part by Burr H. Betts their attorney by virtue of a Power
of Attorney bearing date at the City of Havanna in the Island
of Cuba the seventh day of June in the year of our lord one
thousand Eight hundred and twenty one and executed by the
said Parties of the first part and Recorded in the Office
of the Register in and for the City and County of New York
in Liber No 1 of Power of Attorney and Page two hundred
and fifty five the third day of September in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one
