Van Ness District Judge of the United States for the Southern
District of New York Jasper Ward to me well Known who being
duly sworn deposed that Burr H. Betts is personally Known to him
the said deponent, that he was present and Saw the said Burr
H. Betts execute and deliver the foregoing Deed as his voluntary
act for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and that the
said Jasper Ward signed his name thereto as a subscribing witness
which being satisfactory evidence to me of the due execution of the
said deed by the said Burr H. Betts it to be recorded, having found
therein no material erasures or interlineat
