Know all men by these presents that I Isaiah D. Hart
of the town of Jacksonville Duval County and State of Florida
and trustee for Maryann Hart, wife of William B. Hart of Alachua
County and State aforesaid - Have this day nominated constituted
and appointed and by these present do nominate constitute and
appoint William B. Hart of Alachua County aforesaid
my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name as trustee
as aforesaid to bargain sell transfer and convey any and
all of negroes named in the deed of trust; The same to be sold
with the concent and approbation of the said Mary Ann
Hart and the proceeds to be applied to her use and benefit
and in such manner as she may direct. Hereby ratifying
and confirming all and whatsoever my said attorney shall
carefully do or cause to be done in and about the premises
aforesaid as fully as I might or could do if I were personally
present.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand seal
this 19th day of March 1850.

It is remembered that I Lewis Fleming Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Duval County and State of Florida duly
elected commissioned and justified according to Law do hereby
certify that William Hickman before whom the above acknowledgement
was taken was at that time a Justice of the Peace duly commissined and
qualified according to the law; And that full faith and credit xxx
be given to all his official acts as such. In witness whereof I have xxx
as by have caused the seal of the said court to be hereunto
