Know all men by these presents that I
Asa Clark of said State and County for and consideration
of natural love affection which I have and bear to
my wife Janne Ann Clark by the same place and for and in
consideration of the sum of five dollars cash in hand paid
by the said Jane Ann Clark the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents give and grand unto my said
wife Jane Ann Clark a certain negro man by the name
of Lias forty years of age of yellow complexion and one by
the name of Sarah forty years of age of yellow complexion
and one by the name of Ester 11 years of age of yellow complexion
and one by the name of Victoria 8 years of age of yellow complexion
and one by the name of Carditimes six years of age of yellow
complexion, and one by the name of Nat four years of age yellow
complexion, and one by the name of Bob two years of age of
yellow complexion and one by the name of Satriah a babe of
yellow complexion and one nero man by the name
of Sam dark complexion twenty two years of age and
my plantation of One Hundred and twenty acres of land
and one house worth one hundred dollars and one
buggy worth seventy five dollars and all of my house
hold and kitchen furniture and fifty head of cattle to have
and to hold the said negros, House, buggy, cattle, and
land and house hould and kitchen furniture for her my wife
Jane Ann Clark and the heirs of her body to her the
said Jane Ann Clark her heirs and assigns forever
