  This Indenture made this fifteenth day
of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Eight Hundred & fifty  Between John J. Sanchez
Commissioner of the Town of Newnansville for the
Sale of Town Lots, duly appointed by the Judge
of the County Court of Alachua County pursuant
to an act of the Legislative Counsel of the Territory
of Florida to that affect of the first part
And Saml Russell of the County of Alachua State of
Florida of the Second party.  Witnesseth that Whereas
the Said Samuel Russell has become the purchaser of
the Town Lots herein after Mentioned
Now Know Ye that I the Said John J Sanchez
Commissioner as aforesaid for and in Consideration
of the Sum of 
Forty three Dollars lawful money to me
in hand paid  the receipt  Whereof is hereby acknowledged
