do grant bargain and Sell Unto the Said Samuel Russell,
 his heirs and assigns forever,  
All the certain lots designated as lots number Four & Five 
of Block No One Range No Three Upon the plan 
Newnansvillethe Town of Newnansville as Surveyed 
by Michael Garrison Esq.  
Together with all and Singular the heridiments and 
Appurtenances thereunto, belonging or in anywise apper
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and 
remainders rents issues and proffits thereof To have 
and to hold I the same unto the said Samuel Russell
his heirs and assigns as fully and absolutely as
I the said John J. Sanchez Commissioner as afore 
said Under the Authority aforesaid might could or 
ought to convey the Same.
