I Helen K. Putnam wife of the said
Benj A. Putnam of City of St. Augustine aforesaid, do hereby acknowledge
and declare that I have executed the foregoing Deed freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of from my said husband
In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal at the City of St. Augustine
aforesaid this tenth day of December, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.

I, Isaac H. Bronson Judge of the United States District Court
for the Northern District of Florida, do hereby certify that Benj A. Putnam
and Helen K. Putnam, both parties to the foregoing deed of conveyance
and well known to me personally appeared before me at the City of
St. Augustine within my judicial district on the day of the date hereof
and severally acknowledged that executed the said foregoing
instrument of writing to which their names are subscribed and their
seals are affixed as their act and deed and for the purposes
therein stated,
And the said Helen K. Putnam having been there and there
remained separtely and apart from her said husband, did then
and there acknowledge and declare that she did execute said
deed of conveyance freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint, apprehension of fear of or from her said husband &
then signed the foregoing acknowledgement in writing and sealed the same.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
tenth day of December, 1849 at the City of St. Augustine, State
of Florida.
