     In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
     hand and affixed the Seal of said County at
     the Office in Huntsville this the twenty ninth
     day of May Eighteen hundred and fifty

                              Probate Court

                         I William H.J. Brown Clerk of
the Judge the of the Probate Court of Said County do certify that John
W. Otey whose name is subscribed to the foregoing attestation is now
and was at the date of the Same Judge of the Probate Court of
Said County duly commissioned and qualified and that his
Said attestation is due of form of Law.
     Given under my hand the Seal of Said County
     being heretofore appended this the twenty ninth day
     of May Eighteen hundred and fifty

     This Indenture made the 18th day of June 1850. Between
David Gillett of the first, of Hillsborough County Florida
and Burill Green of the 2d part of Alachua County
Florida Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first
part in and for the consideration of two hundred
Dollars and fifty Dollars paid to him in hand
by the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowld
have granted bargained Sold and Transferred and
do hereby grant bargain Sell and Transfer all tract
the Said Burrill Green his heirs and assign forever
all a tract of land containing 159 acres and 24/100 of
an acre being the north west quarter of Section 23
Township Ten Range 22 to have and to hold
to Said Burrill Green his heirs and assigned forever
with the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging and
the Said parties of the first the Said lands above
described unto the Said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns will forever warrant
