Parker Justice of the peace for the County of Hillsborough
and State of Florida personally came Maria Gillett
Wife of David Gillett of Said County and State
wherein oath declares that She does fully and will
ingly and and without constraint or Compulsion on
the part of her Said husband voluntarily affix her
hand and Seal hereunto with intent thereby to give
up release and forever quit Claim to all
rights of dower of in into a certain tract of land
to wit it being Township ten South, range twenty two
east, north west quarter of Section twenty three containg
one hundred and fifty nine acres and twenty
hundreths which tract of land was consealed to
Burwell Green by her Said husband David Gillett
