This Indenture made this twenty sixth (26) day of July in
the year one Thousand Eight hundred & fifty (1850) between James
A. Peden of the one part Mrs. Zylpha Standly of the other
part all of the county of Alachua Witnesseth That the said James
A. Peden for & in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars
($200) in hand paid to him which is hereby acknowledged hath bar
gained sold & conveyed and by these presents with bargain & sell
& convey to the said Zylpha Standly all those two certain
lots or pieces of land each containing one half acre situate
lying & being in the Town of Newnansville county of Alachua &
state of Florida an a certain map in plat of said Town of New-
nansville as lots number seven (7) and eight (8) of Block number
six Range number two (2) together with all the buildings apper-
tenants privileges & hereditaments to the same belonging or
appertaining. To have & to hold the above described two lots or
parcels of land with all and singular the appertenances thereof
to the said Zylpha Standly and her heirs & asigns forever
and the said James A. Peden Covenant for himself & his heirs to
& with the said Zylpha Standly and her heirs & that he will
& his heirs executors & administrators shall warrent & defend
the said granted premises in the peacable posesion of the said
Zylpha Standly and her heirs executors administrators &
against the lawfull claims of the said James A. Peden and all
persons claiming or to claim by through or under him them or any
of Them
