This Indenture made the nineteenth day of July in the
year one thousand eight hundred and fifty Between Moses
E. Levy of the city of St Augustein in the county of St Johns in the
state of Florida as proprietor and Serefine (alias Maria) Serefina
Chauviteau of Paris and Joseph De Levante of London Mort
gage by their Attorney in fact The said Moses E. Levy of the one
part and William Colson of the county of Alachua in said
Florida of the other part Witnesseth that the said Moses
E. Levy and said Serafina Chauviteau and Joseph De
Levante for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars to them in hand paid at and before this seal
=in and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold deli=
vered conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell deliver convey and confirm unto the said
William Colson his heirs and assigns all that certain tract
of land situate lying and being in the Arredondo grant
in the county of Alachua in the state of Florida con=
taining one hundred and five acres and sixty hundr
edth of an acre being so much of Fractional section
number Twenty six in Township Number Ten and
Range nineteen as laid down upon the Map in survey
of said grant made by Burr Washington and Merry
being what is left of said section after deducting Forty
two and half acres agreed by the said Levy to be relinquish
=ed to Mrs. Garry and convered by grant of Same under which
the claims title reserving however to the said Moses E. Levy
his heirs executors administrators or assigns the right in
case the owner of the Alachua Savanna should at any 
time hereafter propose to drain said Savanna to enter the
said lands herein conveyed and cut necessary ditches and
do any act or thing necessary to facilitate and accomplish
the said draining ofore said savanna without any
hinderance or embarrassment from the said William Colson
or any one claiming by through or under him
     To have and to hold the same tract of land with said
reservation with all and singular the right members and
appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract of land
having belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only
proper use benefit and behoof of him the said William
Colson his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple and the said Moses E. Levy
