into twelve equal parts, each part to be numbered and drawn for
by ballott by the Parties interested therein according to their re-
spective rights therein, and the said thirty thousand Seven hundred
and twenty Acres hereby conveyed or intended to be to from
Part of One of the said twelfth Parts And to be drawn for by
ballott with the other owners thereof, Together with all and sing-
ular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining and the survivor and survivors
remainder and remainders rents issues and Profits thereof and
all the estate right title property claim and demand what
soever of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity
of in and to the above granted Premises with the hereditaments
and appurtenances, To have and to hold the said thirty thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Acres of Land above mentioned granted
and described with their and every of their appurtenances to the
said Parties of the second Part and the Survivors and Survivor
of them and their heirs and assigns forever to and for the
use and benefit of the associates of the said Florida Association
in City of New York according to the several and respective rights
and interests of the said Associates in the same. And the said parties of
the first part for themselves and for their respective heirs executors
and administrators do covenant grant and agree by these presents
to and with the said Parties of the second Part and the Survivors and
Survivor of them in manner following that is to say that the grant
herein before mentioned and past recited is at the date of these presents
a valid and Subsisting grant and has not been severed cancelled or
repealed by the government of Spain or its agents and that the
said parties of the first have not nor hath either of them made
done permitted executed or Suffered any acts matter or thing whereby
or by means thereof their estate or interest in the said Thirty Thousand
Seven hundred And twenty Acres hereby granted or intended so
to be is or can or may be impeached, charged encumbered or
defeated in title or estate.
