Master made a report to the said court in which among
other things he reported the sale at private sale of the prim
=ises hereinafter discribed to the said party of the second
part and there being no objection the same was confirmed
and the said Master was by order of said Court authorised
and impowered to make execute and deliver conveyan
=ces among others to the said party of the second part for
the tract of land soled to him by the said Special Mas
=ter as aforesaid Whenever the said party of the second
part shall have complied with and fulfilled the contract
of sale and shall have paid the whole of the purchase money
of the said tract of land and whereas the said party hath
this day complied with and fulfilled his said contract
and hath paid the whole of the purchase money for the said
tract of land. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the
said Charles A.M. Mitchel Special Master in chancery
as aforesaid in order to carry into effect the said sale made
made in pursuance of the said decree above cited and
in consideration of the primises and of the payment of
the sum of two hundred and one Dollar and forty seven
cents to the said Charles A.M. Mitchel paid at the execu
=tion of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
wledged hath granted bargained soled released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that tract or parsel of land lying in Alachua
County State of Florida and discribed on the map of the
survey of said Arredondo Grant made by Henry
Washington and David Burr in the year one thou
=sand Eight hundred and forty six as the South East quarter
of section (16) sixteen in Township (10) Ten of Range (19) nineteen
together with all and singular the rights members privilidgs
tenaments and appurtenance unto the same belonging o in any
way appertaining To have and To Hold all and singular
the said primises above mentioned and discribed and
**** o granted or intended to be unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns and to Them only proper
use benefit and behoof forever  In testimony whereof
