Ellen A Beatty to me personally known personally appeared and acknowledged
that she Signed, sealed, and delivered the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and
that it was her own free voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and expressed, and wished me to certify the same for record
