in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine,
Ellen A. Beatty the granter to the foregoing Deed of conveyance, and to me
well known, personally came and acknowledged in my presence that she signed
sealed and delivered the same, that it was her own free voluntary act and deed,
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and expressed and wished me to certify the
same for record,

Warrantee Deed
This Indenture, made the twenty second day of October in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine, Between
Ellen Adair Beatty, late White, and widow, Executrix & Devisee of
Joseph M. White Decd, and also of Theophilus Beatty Deceased, of Jefferson
County, Florida, of the first part; and William H. Brockinbrough of
Leon of the second part for one moity, and William W. Sims of Apalachacola
and William W. Chever of Albany for one fourth each being the other moity,
of the whole (as tenants in common & not as joint tenants, on the second
part Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consider==
ation of the sum of twenty five hundred dollars ($2500)lawful money
of the United States of America, to her in hand paid, by the said parties
of the Second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these present doth grant,
