the premises & the title & claim thereto are free and clear of all incumberances
transfer, alienation or other disposition by said White, said Beatty, or said Ellen;
and also free from all tax sales or arrears of taxes, or other duties or liabilities to
the state or any county therof; that she is sole owener of said premises by the will 
of said White deceased, and said will is lawful and duly executed admitted to
Record and probate in Jefferson County Florida, the late Domicile of said White,
and that she is the sole and lawfully appointedand qualified Executrix under and 
by said will of said Joseph M. White; and that she has full and absolute power
to convey the said premises infee by said will

                Be it remembered that on the twenty third day of October
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine Ellen
Beatty to me personally known, personally appeared and acknowledged
that signed, sealed, and delivered the forgoing deed of conveyance, and that it
was her own free voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned and expressed and wished me to certify the same for Record,
               In testimoney whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
               my private seal on the day and year aforesaid.
