This Indenture made this 7th day of September the year of
Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty betwen Light Townsend
of the of Alachua, State of Florida of the first part and
William Townsend of the County of Columbia State of Florida of
the second part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained and sold
and by these presents doath bargain and sell unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns, all that Tract
and parcel of Land lying in the County of Alachua State afore-
said Lying north & west of a branch Known as Townsends branch To
Wit so much of the East half of the north East Quarter, and the
East half of the south East Quarter and the south East Quarter 
of the south west Quarter of Section twenty one (21) and the
north East quarter of Section Twenty Eight (28) and of the west
half of the north West Quarter and the west half of the south
west Quarter of section Twenty two (22) and the west half of the
north west Quarter and the west half of the south East Quarter
of section Twenty seven (27) in Township seven south of Range
Eighteen East in the district of Land, subject to sale at the
Land office at Newnansville Fla. as is situated in Alachua 
County aforesaid, on the north and west side of said Stream to-
gether with all and Singular the heridits and appurtenances 
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reverson & 
reversions, remainder and remainders rents issues and profits 
thereof and also all the Estate right title interest Claim or 
demand whatsoever of him of said party of first part Either in 
Law or Equity, of in and to the above bargained primises and 
Every part thereof to have and to hold to the said party of the
