This Indenture made this sixth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
forty nine Between Mary C. Taylor William H. Taylor
Samuel G. Taylor and Emma C. Taylor Children and heirs
at Law of William Taylor deceased of the city county and
State of New York of the first part and William Turner of
the County of Alachua State of Florida of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirty 40/100 dollars to us in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereby acknowledged Have granted bargained & sold to
said William J. Turner his heirs and assigns forever
all those two certain tract or parcels of Land & situated in the
Arredondo Grant so called in said county known and desig
nated on the map of said Grant as Section 4 and 9 of Town
ship 11 Range 21. To Have and to hold to the said Turner
his heirs and assigns forever and the said Lands on the
said parties of the first part will forever warrant and
defend to the said party of the second part against the
claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever.

State of Florida } Be it remembered that on this tenth day of December, in
County of Alachua } the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty, came the within
named George R. Fairbanks, personally known to me, & made oath that he
signed, sealed, & delivered the within deed for the purpose therein stated.
