Know all men by these presents that I, William
Harn of Hillsborough, State of Florida, for and in consideration of the
natural love and affection which I bear unto my daughter Mary C., Spouse
of Doctor James G. Dell of Alachua County aforesaid, and also for d*iers
other good causes and considerations we thereunto moving, have
given, granted and conferred, and by these presents doth give, grant
and conferin unto the said Mary C. Dell all and singular the following
negro slaves that is to say: Elsy aged about thirty five years, Ceasar aged
about thirty six years, Grace aged about eighteen years, Elsy aged about
six years, Alice aged about three years, and Ceasar aged about two years:
To have and to hold the above mentioned and described negro slaves, unto
the said Mary C. Dell, the heirs of her body and her assigns forever, and to her
and their only proper use and behoof. And I the said William Harn
the above mentioned and described negro slaves unto the said Mary
C. Dell and her heirs and assignes as aforesaid against me my executors
