commisioners in the month of February one thousand Eight 
hundred and forty nine; and no sale by said Master
Should be valued or binding until the same shall have been
reported to the said court or the Judge thereof and been
confirmed and where as afterwards at the said June term
of said court the said master made a report to the
said court in which among things the said master
reported the sale at private sale of the premises
herein after mentioned and discribed to the said party
of the second part; and there being no exception to
the said report the same was confirmined;
and the said master was by the order of the said
court authorised and empowered to make execute
and deliver convey and among others to the said
party of the second part for the Tract of Land pur
chased by him from the said master as aforesaid
whenever he the said party of the secound part should
have complied with and fulfilled his contract of
Purchase with the said Master and shall have
paid the whold of the purchase money for the 
said tract of Land; and whereas the said party of
the second part hath this the day and year
first above written complied with and fufilled
his said contract and paid the whole purchase
money for said tract of Land; Now this Indenture
witnesseth that the said party of the first part
Special Master as aforesaid in order to convey
with effect the said sale and in consideration of
the premises and of the sum of one hundred and
two dollars and forty nine and one third cents
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part to the said party of the first part at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents 
the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargained, sold released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents doth
grant bargain, sell, release and convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns for ever all all tract or parchel ofland
lying and being in Alachua County aforesaid
and Known and described on the map of the said
Aredondo grant by David Burr and Henry Washington
