Twenty six township nine range nineteen;
together with all and singular the rights
privilages, herditaments and appurtinances unto
the same in any wise belonging, or appurtaining
to have and to hold the said Tract of Land above
mentioned and described and above granted
and sold or intended so to be with the ap
purtenances to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever and to their
only proper use benifit and behoof,
