ways or means whatsoever hereafter have claim, challenge or demand
any right title or interest property or claim in to or out of the
same or any part thereof; but that I the said Tucker my heirs
and assigns & every of them from all Estate right, titles, interest,
property claim and demand of in to or out of the said tract or
parcel of land or any part thereof and is and shall be by these
presents forever Excluded & delivered, And I the said William W.
Tucker for my self my executors & Administrators do hereby forever
release said Thomas C. Ellis from all claims or demands whatsoever
which I may have upon him (said Ellis) for the aforesaid failure and
inability to make and Execute good & sufficient titles to the said
tract or parcel of land or any paart thereof.  In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set, my hand and affixed my seal at Newnansville
East Florida this 18th day of October A.D. 1845.

This indenture made the Seventeenth day of November in
the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five
Between Moses E. Levy of the City of St. Augustine in the Territory of
Florida of the first part and John Macpherson Berrien of the State
of georgia of the second part, witnesseth, that the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred
and fifty dollars to him in hand well and truly paid
by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
Hath granted bargained sold aliened remised released and confirmed
And by these presents doth grant, bargain sell alien remise release and
confirm unto the said party of the second part, One Hundred and
twenty five acres of land, situate, lying and being the District of East
Florida the same being an undivided part and parcel of that tract of
land granted by the Spanish Government to Fernando de la Maya
Arredondo and Son by Grant bearing date on or about the twenty
Second day of December one thousand Eight hundred and Seventeen
and which is the same grant which is usually called and Known as the
"Arredondo Grant," the said party of the Second part his heirs
or assigns to have the privilege and right to Select the said
