Know all men by these present that Louis Aldrich 
of Alachua County Florida in consideration of the sum of one
Dollar to me paid by George L. Brown of said county
do hereby release and forever quit claim unto said George L. Brown
his heirs and asigns all my right and title at law and in
equity to the following tracts or parcels of land "viz."
the West half of the North East quarter and the East half of
the North West quarter and the East half of the South West
quarter of Section Eleven (11) in Township (7) of Range Eighteen
(18) containing in all Two Hundred and Thirty nine acres and
Eighty two hundredth of an acre of land situated in said County
with all improvements and priviledges thereon or appertaining
thereto.  And I hereby assign and set over to said George
L. Brown for the foregoing consideration all claim which
I now have to a refundment of the money paid for said
land or any part of said land in case of failure of the title or
from any cause whatsoever.
