This Indenture made the first day of January in the year of
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty seven between John Mercer
Stafford, planter, and Susan Stafford his wife of Levy and the State of Florida 
of the first part and John Crunhan Bumass and Wiley Brooks
Planter of Marion County and State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of two Thousand Dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged. hath bargained and sold and by these presents
doth bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part
and to their heirs and assigns forever all the West half of the
North West quarter and west half of the South East quarter
of Section Thirty two in Township fourteen South of Range
Sixteen East. Also the west half of the South West quarter
