Sanchez, to me known to be the individual described in, and 
who executed the foregoing Power of Attorney and acknowledge that
that she executed the same

acknowledged on at the time of taking the proof or acknowledgement
thereof, a Justice of the Peace in and for the said County, duly
qualified and by the Laws of this State authorized to take the
same, and that I am well acquainted with his hand writing
and seal, believe the signature to the said certificate of proof
or acknowledgement to be his genuine signature.
