County of St. Johns     On this 2nd day of June 1824 the within instrument of writ-
ing was presented to me in my office by Joseph B. Lancaster at whose request I have
accorded the same with the plot thereto annexed- witness my name as Clerk
of the County Court for the County and Territory aforesaid the date aforesaid

County of Alachua     Personally appeared before me Clerk of the Circuit Court
of said County & State Thomas Douglas who made oath that he is well
acquainted with the hand writing of the Grantor in the within deed
to wit George J.F. Clark & that he believes the signature to the within
deed perporting to be that of George J.F. Clark is geniune
sworn to and subscribed before
