or prior location; together with all and Singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances unto the same belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining; and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues, and profits of the said premises and of Every part and
parcel thereof; and all the Estate right title interest property
claim and demand Whatsoever both at law and in Equity of the
party of the first in to out of or upon the said premises and any part
thereof To Have and To Hold the Said undivided One Hundred and
twenty five acres of land and premises above mentioned and intended
to be hereby granted and Sold and Every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances, unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns, forever; To his and their proper and only use benefit and
behoof forever; And the said party of the first part for himself and
his heirs the Said land & premises hereby mentioned and intended to be
granted and Sold and any part thereof against him the said
party of the first part and his heirs, and against all and Every
person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
by through or under him the said party of the first part, to the 
Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns Shall and will
warrant and forever defend by these presents, In witness whereof
