This Indenture made and entered into this the
second day of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen and
forty Six between Charles L. Dell and Amanda Clarence Dell his
wife of the said State and County of the one part and
Bennett M. Dell of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Charles L. and
Amanda Clarence Dell for and in consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred and fifty Dollars cash in hand paid to receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath and doth by their presents
remise release and forever quit claim to two lots of Land the
first lying and being in the County of Benton State of Florida
on Crystal River Known on the plat of the U.S. land Office at
Newnansville as the west half of Section nineteen Township
Eighteen South Range Seventeen East No containing Three
Hundred and twenty acres more or less, the second lying and being
in the County of Hillsborough State of Florida near the manatee
River Known on the Plat of the Land Office above mentioned
as the East half of the South west quarter of Section Thirty two
Township Thirty four South, Range Eighteen East *, Containing
Eighty Acres more or less with all the rights members and
appurtenances to said lot of land in any wise appertaining or
belonging to the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and assigns
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Bennett
M. Dell his heirs and assigns so that neither we the said
Charles L. and Amanda Clarence Dell nor our heirs nor
any other person or persons claiming under in or them
Shall at any time hereafter by any way or means have
claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid
premises or its appurtenances or any part thereof
In Witness Whereof the said Charles L. Dell and
Amanda Clarence Dell hath hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals the day and year first above written
