                    Personally appeared before me Roman B. Sanchez
Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Counties of Alachua & Levy Philip
Dell who being sworn says that he saw Charles L. Dell and his 
wife A.C. Dell sign the above Deed for the purposes therein
expressed And that he subscribed his name thereto as a witness

Duval County         This Indenture made this Eleventh day of June
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty six
Between Fen Peck of the city of Savannah State of Georgia of the first
part and Zachariah Wellhower of the County of Alachua State afore
said of the second part Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Thirty Dollars by the said party of the second in hand
paid to the said party of the first part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first hath granted
sold and released and by these presents doth grant sell and
release unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
all that certain tract or lot of land situate lying and being
in the town of Newnansville County of Alachua and State
first aforesaid Known, and described in the plan or
survey of said town as Lots numbered four and five, Block
number three, Range number one with the appurtenances
and priverliges of whatsoever Kind thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the said
bargained and sold premises unto him the said Zachariah
Wellhower his heirs and assigns unto him and their
own proper use and benefit in fee simple forever and
I the said Fen Peck for myself my heirs Executor Ad-
ministrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that the said premises are free from all incomberences
made or suffered by me and that I will warrant and
forever defend the said bargained and sold premises unto
