I as aforesaid in consideration of the sum of nine dollars to me
paid by said H. Lancaster this being the highest amount
bid have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell, and convey unto H. Lancaster
his heirs & assigns all the right title and interest of Charles
and Bernard M. Byrne in and to the said land with the
appurtenances thereunto belonging subject nevertheless to the
right of the said Charels & Bernard M Byrne to redeem said
last mentioned and described tracts of land and according to
the statues made and provided.
And I the said William D. Andrews Sheriff & as aforesiad
do hereby covenant with the said H. Lancaster his heirs
and assigns that in the sale of said lands I have com-
plied with and observed all the rules and directions
of the law for making sale in such cases.
