State of Florida    Know all men by these presents , That whereas
Levy County         Charles & Bernard M. Byrne hath heretofore
failed w pay certain costs & charges which accrued upon the levying
upon & advertisement of certain tracts of land belonging to the said
Charles & Bernard M. Byrne situate and being in the County of
Levy Known and described as following the N.W. 1/4 of S.W. 1/4 of
Section (19) nineteen, Township (11) Eleven Range (14) four
teen- also S.W. 1/4 of S.W. 1/4 of Sec (19) T (11) R (14) said land
having been heretofore levied upon and advertised by me
William D. Andrews Sheriff & ** officio Tax Collector of said
County in consequence of the failure of the said Charles &
Bernard M. Byrne to pay the taxes due on them to the
State of Florida for the year Eighteen hundred & forty five
