Levy County         Know all men by these presents That whereas Charles &
Bernard M. Byrne hath heretofore failed to pay certain costs & charges
which accrued upon the levying upon and advertisement of certain
tracts of land belonging to the said Charles & Bernard M. Byrne situate
& being in the County of Levy Known & described as follows NW 1/4 of
NW 1/4 Sec 19 nineteen Township (11) Eleven Range (14) fourteen
also S.W. 1/4 of N.W. 1/4 Sec 19 T 11, R 14 Said land having been
heretofore levied upon and advertised by me William D. Andrews
Sheriff & Ex officio Tax Collector of said County in conveyance of the
failure of the said Charles & Bernard M. Byrne to pay the taxes due
on them to the State of Florida for the year one thousand eight
hundred & forty five (1845), And whereas I the said William D.
Andrews Sheriff and as aforesaid heretofore levied upon and ad-
vertised the said Land for sale in the manner prescribed by law
and on the fifth day of October AD 1846 in said County offered
the said land for sale at public outcry for the purpose
of satisfying said costs & charges; And whereas it was necessary
to offer the proportion and quantity of land hereinafter de-
scribed, to wit, the N.W. 1/4 of N.W. 1/4 Sec 19 T.11, R 14 also
SW 1/4 of N.W. 1/4 Sec 19 T 11 R 14, and whereas Allen Week
was the highest bidder upon & purchaser of said last
mentioned an described tracts or portions of land sold to
pay said costs & charges (bidding for the first described
portion or parcel the sum of six dollars & for the last de-
scribed portion or parcel the sum of Four dollars)
Now Know ye that I William D. Andrews Sheriff
& as aforesaid in consideration of the sum of ten
dollars to me paid by said Allen Weeks, Have gran-
ted bargained sold & conveyed & by these presents
