do grant bargain sell & convey unto Allen Weeks his heirs 
assigns all the right title & interest of Charles & Bernard M.
Byrne in and to the said land with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging subject respectively to the right of the
said Charles & Bernard M. Byrne to redeem said last
mentioned and described tracts of land according to the 
Statute in case made & provided
And I the said William D. Andrews Sheriff and aforesaid
do hereby covenant with the said Allen Weeks his heirs
and assigns that in the sale of said land I have complied
with & observed all the rules & directions of the
law for making sale in such cases.
