the foregoing deed or Instrument of writing was signed and that the
said Samuel Russell and his wife Mary Caroline executed the
Same in my presence for the purposes therein expressed.

Territory of Florida        Know all men by these presents that I
County of Alachua           John Thrower of the same place for
and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and two dollars
to me in hand paid by James Hague of the Same place
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain
and sell unto the Said James Hague, his heirs and assigns
the following property to wit; one Billiard Table house and
lot in the village of Newnansvelle designated as lot Number
one Block No 2 first Range, with all the buildings
thereon, to have and to hold the aforesaid bargained property
to him the said James Hague his heirs and assigns forever,
and I the Said John Thrower for my self my heirs executors
and administrators all and Singular the said bargained property
unto the Said James Hague his heirs and assigns against me
and my Said executors and administrators and against all
and every other person and persons whatever, Shall and will
warrant and defend by these presents In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 28th day of December
