And all four being situated on the lot of land which
the Said Augustus Steel by the agreement before referred
to covenanted also that by such assurances in the law
as might be necessary for the fullfillment of the same
he would sell and convey free and clear of all liens and
incumbrances whatever to the said John Lored his heirs
or assigns, They being moreover the same Buildings which
the Government of the United States through the quarter

to the highest bidder on the twenty Sixth day of September
last and of which the said Steel became the purchaser
the said buildings being situated on the before mentioned
Island, and receiver of the said A.Ass: 2 M USA a
bill of sale for the same, to have and to hold the
heretofore described premises with the apurtenances
thereunto belonging or appurtaining unto the said John
William Cook Lored his heirs or assigns to and for
the only proper use and behoof of him the said John
William Cook Lored his heirs and assigns forever
and the said John Lored for himself his heirs
Executors and administrators to the said John William
Cook Lored his heirs or assigns the Said Stores warehouses
and Dwelling house from all person or persons claim
or to claim the Same doth by these presents forever
warrant and defend
