In trust never the less to and for the sole use benefit and
behoof of Mary Ann Andrew wife of Joseph Andrews
all of said Town, and the heirs of her body forever to
pay over to her and assigns all the income arising out of
the use of said property. AND the said party of the
first part for himself his heirs, Executors and administrators the
Said above granted, bargained, and described premises and
property with him the said party of second part in trust
as aforesaid, and to his assigns, as trustee as aforesaid will
warrant and by these presents forever defend
