consideration of Ten Dollars by the said party of the Second
part to the said party of the first part in hand well and truly
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted bar-
gained Sold aliened remised released and confirmed and
bey these presents Doth grant bargain Sell remise release
and confirm unto the said party of the second part All
that the aforementioned undivided parcel of one thousand
acres of land with the right and privilege of selection afore-
said under and subject to the provise aforesaid Situate lying
and being in the District of East Florida aforesaid and
being part and parcel of the grant and Tract of land
herein before particularly mentioned and described, with
all and Singular the rights privileges hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining;
and the remainder and remainders reversion and reversions
rents issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof together
with all the estate right title interest claim and demand
whatsoever both at law and in Equity of the said party of the
first part as Executor as aforesaid and of the Estate of the said
Fernando de la Maya Arredondo Senior deceased, of in and to
the said undivided One thousand acres of land and premises
above mentioned and intended to be hereby granted and released
as aforesaid~ To Have and To Hold the said Land and premises
above mentioned and intended to be hereby granted and released,
and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, to his
and their use benefit and behoof forever. In witness whereof
the said parties have hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day
and year first above written.

party of the second part" having been first interlined
in the sixteenth line from the top of the second page,
and the **** having been first drawn through for the
purpose of Erasing five words in the fifth and sixth
lines from the top of the same page, and the word "Seven-
teenth" having been first scored through with the pen
& the word "twenty fifth" interlined in lien thereof on the
first line of first page
