To have and to hold the said Real
and personal property and Slaves and their future increase
above described and the rights and privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging, and the rents issues and profits thereof
and all the estate right, title and interest therein unto the
said Annie L. Mays and for her sole and separate use
for and during her natural life,
And the said Archibald
H. Cole for himself his heirs, executors and administrators
doth covenant with the said Annie L. Mays, her heirs
executors and administrators that he is Lawfully seized in
fee of the aforegranted premises; that-they are free from
all incumbrances, that he has good right to sell and
convey the same, and every part thereof, to the said
Annie L. Mays as aforesaid; And that he will, and
his heirs executors and administrators shall, warrant and
defend the same and every part thereof to the said
Annie L. Mays her heirs and assigns, during the
term aforesaid, against the Lawful demands of all
persons, by virtue of these presents.
