                               Be it known that Mary Ann
Hart wife of the above named William B. Hart, this
day personally appeared before me and being Separately and
apart from her Said husband examined did declare that
She freely willingly and of her own accord without any
fear or restraint from or on the part of her Said husband
Signed Sealed and delivered the foregoing deed with the intention
thereby to relinquish give up and forever quit-claim to
all and singular her right of Dower and third into, to and
out of the land mentioned and conveyed in the foregoing
deed, and hath hereunto set her hand and Seal
