it the above deed of conveyance and acknowledged
that he executed the same for the use and
purpose therein expressed

This Indenture made the sixth day of April in the
year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six
between George R. Fairbanks one of the masters in Chancery
of the Eastern Circuit of Florida residing at St. Augustine
of the first part, and Moses E. Levy of the second part,
Whereas at a Court of Chancery held at the Court House
in the City of St. Augustine on the fifth day of July in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty
five It was among other thing ordered adjudged and dicussed**
by the said Court, in a certain cause then appending in said
Court between Moses E. Levy complainant, and Charles
Robion Executor of F.M. Arredondo Senr. deceased and other
wise defendants that the said Charles Robion Executor of said
Arredondo should within thirty day from the confirmation
of the Report of the Master in Chancery (to whom the
same had been refered) pay or cause to be paid to the
said Complainant the sum so reported to be due to the
said complainant and also the costs to be taxed and
that in default of such payment, Executors in the
nature of a fien facias might issue against the said Robion
as Executor of the said Arredondo to be made and levied
of the goods and chattles lands and tenements money
and effects which were of the said Fernando M. Arredondo
Sen deceased at the time of his death and remaining
in the hands of said Charles Robion to be administered
on which might thereafter come to his hands to be administered |
