in Said Bill Elizabeth Townsend, Sarah Townsend and Margaret
Townsend by their guardian William Townsend Shall Execute a quit
claim conveyance of the said lands to the Said lands as the 
North and West Side of the Said Branch to Said Light Townsend,
and it is further ordered adjudged and decreed, that the said
complainant do execute and deliver to the said William Guardian
as aforesaid a quit claim deed to all the land described in said
Bill of Complaint~ Situate and lying on the South and East Side
of Said Branch or Stream in trust for said infant heirs, and 
that the said lease described in said Bill of Complaint be and 
is hereby declared nill and void, and that the same be delivered
up to be cancelled, and that the said defendants and Each of 
them be and are hereby enjoined from renting occupying leasing
or receiving the rents and profits of Said land on the North
and west Side of said Branch, and from paying rent therefore to
any other person than the said complainent;
Now therefor in pursuance of said decree and in consideration of
the Execution and delivery of a quit claim deed of said land on
the North and east side of said Branch or Stream to me said
William Townsend guardian as aforesaid in trust for said infant
heirs, I the said William Townsend Guardian aforesaid do by 
these presents remise, release and forever quit claim unto the
said Light Townsend said land on the north and West Side of said
Branch or Stream to wit; So much of the East half of the North
east quarter, and the East half of the South East quarter, and
South East quarter of the South West quarter of Section twenty
one (21) and of the North East quarter of Section twenty Eight
(28) and of the West half of the North West quarter, and the 
west half of the South west quarter of Section twenty two (22)
and of the West half of the north west quarter and the West half
of South quarter of Section twenty Seven (27) in Township of 
Range eighteen, of the district of lands now Subject to Sale in
the land office at Newnansville, as is situate in Alachua 
County aforesaid, as the North and West Side of a certain Branch
or Stream, which intersects a portion of the Same Known as
Townsends Branch, together with all improvments thereupon and
privileges thereunto appertaining. To have and to hold said land
on the North and West side of Said Branch or Stream unto the 
said Light Townsend his heirs and assigns forever
