Shall not be for that cause or reason foreclosed, for the principle sum,
to wit, the said sum of twelve hundred dollars, untill the expiration of
the said period or term of four years, from the date of the indenture

Personally appeared before me the undersigned
Judge of the Circuit Court, of the Southern Circuit of
the State aforesaid, and one of the judges of the Supreme
Court of said State, at the City of St. Augustine, in the
county and state aforesaid, Moses E. Levy and Thomas Douglas
the parties to the foregoing due, who are both personally well
known to me and severally (each for himself, acknowledged
that execute the sum due by signing sealing and delivering, the
same, for the purposes therein mentioned, given under my hand
at the City of aforesaid in the county and state aforesaid
this 17th day of July A.D. 1848
