And whereas afterward the said Master to whom the
same was referred reported there to be due the said
complainant the sum of Seventeen thousand five hundred
and ninety nine Dollars and seven cents and afterward
to wit; on the second day of March in the year one
thousand eight hundred and forty six before the
Hon Thomas Douglas Judge of the Eastern Circuit
of Florida it was ordered that so much of the real
Estate described in the petition of the said complainant
filed on that day as should be necessary to satisfy the
said s*** to the said complainant and the costs therein
should be sold by and under the direction of the subs-
criber One of the Masters of this Court after due notice
thereof in like manner as prescribed by law in cases
of sale of real Estate under execution at public
auction in the Counties where said lands are situated
And Whereas George R. Fairbanks Master in Chancery
and part of the first part to these presents in 
pursuance of the order and decree of the said Court
of Chancery did on the sixth day of April instant
sell at public auction in front of the Court house
in Newnansville in Alachua County the premises herein
after particularly described having first given the
previous Notice of the time and place of said sale
with a brief description of the said premises as
required by the order and decree aforesaid at which
Sale the said premises were struck off to the said
party of the second part, to these presents for the
sum of five hundred Dollars that being the highest
sum bid for the same, now therefore this Indenture
witnesseth that the said George A. Fairbank, master
in Chancery as aforesaid and the party of the first
part to these presents in order to carry into effect
the said sale as made as aforesaid in pursuance
of the said decree and also by virtue of the Statute
in such case made and provided in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of five hundred
dollars paid by the said party of the second part,
to these premises the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained and sold aliened released
and confirmed and by these presents doth grant
