release, confirmed, and by these presents do bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release and confirm unto the said George J. Kolloch
his heirs and assigns, All that tract of Land, containing
five hundred acres, Situate, lying and being in the State of
Florida aforesaid in Chachala Hammock, to the westward of
and bounding on Paynes Savannah, being part of a twenty Six
thousand acre grant made to George J.F. Clark by the Spanish
Government on the Seventeenth of December, in the year one
thousand, Eight hundred and Seventeen, Together with all
and Singular the rights, numbers and appurtenances what-
soever thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining; and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders rents, issues
and profits thereof, and all the estate right, title, claim of Dower,
claims and demand whatsoever either at law or in Equity, of the Said
parties of the first part of, in, or to the same, or any part
thereof; To have and to hold the same, and part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances, unto the said George J.
Kolloch his heirs and assigns, to his and their only
proper use and behoof forever, And lastly, the Said George J.
his heirs and assigns, against all and every person or persons
whatsoever, Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents,

Emily G. his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals on
the day and year first before written

State of Georgia        I Emily G. Johnston the wife of George H.
Chatham County          Johnston, do acknowledge that I have
executed the above conveyance to George J. Kolloch freely
and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension, or fear of or, from my Said husband, and with the
to relinquish and renounce all my right and Dower in the premises
therein mentioned, and I do hereby freely and voluntarily
renounce and relinquish the said Dower in the Said premises to
the said George J. Kolloch his heirs and assigns.
