lawful money of the United States to me in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
and Sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, and Sell
unto the Said James Hague, his heirs and assigns forever, All

one (1) and also lots Numbers one (1) two (2) three (3) and
four (4) of Block number three (3) Range number
one (1) upon the plan of the Town of Newnansville as
Surveyed by Michael Garrason Esqr, with all and Singular
the hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or
in any wise appertaining thereto, to have and to hold the Same
unto the Said James Hague his heirs and assigns as fully
and absolutely as the Said John J. Sanchez Commissioner
as aforesaid might could or aught to convey the Same
