bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns for-
ever all that certain piece or parcel of Land described
as follows to wit; All the right title and interest, which
the said Charles Robion Executor of F.M. Arredondo Senr.
deceased had or the heirs or legal representatives of said Estate
of F.M. Arredondo Senr. deceased had on the fifth day of
July eighteen forty five in and to a certain grant of Land
made by Don Alexander Ramirez intendant of Cuba on or
about the 22nd day of December 1817 to F.M. Arredondo and Son
to be laid off in a square form Containing two hundred
and eighty nine thousand six hundred and forty five acres
and five seventh of an acre English measure the centre thereof
being the place known as Alachua inhabited in other times
by a tribe of Seminole Indians and the center of said place
Known as Alachua to be considered as the centre of the
Grant as confirmed by the Supreme Court of the Unite
States at January Term 1832 said land being in the counties
of Alachua and Marion and also and together with all
the right title and interest possessed by the said Charles
Robion Executor as aforesaid of F.M. Arredondo Senr. deceased
or possessed by the heirs of said Estate in any other
Grant or Grants of prior date to the said last described
Grants within the boundaries of said last described grant
or interfering therewith together with all and singular
the rights titles members privileges hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the same belonging or any wise appertaining to
have and to hold the said premises above
described and hereby intended to be granted and conveyed
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his and their only use and behoof forever.

Master in Chancery as aforesaid has hereunto set his hand
and seal the day and year above written.
