O. M. Dorman, do hereby grant bargain and sell unto the
said O. M. Dorman, his heirs and assigns, the said tract or
parcel of land, subject only to the right of redemtion
prescribed by law, And I the said Thomas C. Ellis Sheriff
and Tax Collector as aforesaid hereby covenant with the said
O.M. Dorman, his heirs executors administrators and
assigns, that in the advertisement and sale thereof I have
observed all the requirements of law.
