This Indenture made the second day of June in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and forty Seven
between Thomas C.Ellis, Sheriff of the County Alachua in the State
of Florida, of the first part, and George Herbert, of the County
of Columbia and State of Florida, of the Second part, Whereas
at a Term of the Superior Court of the Eastern District of the Territory
of Florida, held at the Court house in the Town of
Jacksonville on Thursday, December the sixteenth, in the year
one Thousand Eight hundred and forty one, it was, among other
things, ordered and adjudged by the Said Court, in a certain
cause then depending in the said Court between John Price,
Trustee of Jane Streeter a Complainant and Abby Dexter, admin-
istratrix of Horatio J.Dexter, Thomas D.Dexter, Daniel Tresvant
and Mary Tresvant his wife, Defendants, That the Said Petitioner
do recover of and from the said Abby Dexter administrator as
aforesaid, the sum of three thousand two hundred and sixty nine
dollars, and fifty six cents, now due and owing to him as
Trustee as aforesaid by the Said Abby Dexter, administratrix as
aforesaid, upon the said Mortgage in the said petition men-
tioned, together with interest therein at the rate of Eight per
centum per annun to be computed from the date of this Judgement
until paid, and the sum of five dollars and Sixty two cents the
cost and charges in this behalf expended, and it was further
ordered and adjudged that the said Abby Dexter, administratrix
as aforesaid, and the other Defendants aforesaid be forever fore
closed and debarred of and from all equity and rights of redem-
tion in and to the Said Mortgage property in the Said Mortage
mentioned, that is to Say, all tha tract or parcel of land be-
longing to Horatio J.Dexter in the Alachua grant by contract
with Fernando M.Arredondo Junior as agent and attorney for Fer-
nando M.Arredondo and Son, containing one thousand six hundred
Sixty Six and two thirds acres, that is to say, two thirds of
two thousand four hundred ninty nine and three fourths acres,
conveyed to the Said Horatio J.Dexter by the said Fernando M.
Arredenda Junior as aforesaid by deed bearing date the fifteenth
day of May one thousand Eight hundred and twenty four
